Delta Dental of Oklahoma is pleased to introduce Delta Dental Patient Direct, a discount referral dental product for individuals and families. For a low annual fee of $60 for individuals and $84 for families, individuals who do not have access to dental care now have a solution. Since this is a discount referral product, there are no claim forms to complete and dentists are reimbursed directly by the patients at the time of treatment.
