Unlike some dental plan applications, the Delta Dental Patient Direct enrollment form is short and simple. You can enroll online right here or over the phone at 877-433-5821 (Toll Free) or 405-607-2100 (OKC Metro).

How do I pay for Delta Dental Patient Direct?

Delta Dental Patient Direct accepts VISA and Mastercard, as well as electronic funds transfers from checking or savings accounts. Credit cards take 24 hours to process. Bank drafts take 3-5 days. If enrolling online, simply return to the site, login, and access your enrollment materials. To keep the cost down, we do not accept mailed checks. You can pay online or over the phone by calling 877-433-5821 (Toll Free) or 405-607-2100 (OKC Metro).

What will I receive after I pay?

Once you've enrolled and paid your annual fee, you'll receive a membership card and a membership packet. If you enroll online, you can print these from your computer. If you enroll by phone, they will be mailed to you - usually within 7 - 10 days.
