Who is eligible to enroll?

All residents of Oklahoma 18 years of age or older can purchase the Delta Dental Patient Direct plan, and you are automatically accepted, regardless of dental history or pre-existing conditions.

Note: Current Delta Dental subscribers and persons currently covered by another dental carrier are not eligible to enroll.


I have a pre-existing condition - can I still enroll in Delta Dental Patient Direct?

Yes! Everyone is accepted, no matter your dental history or pre-existing conditions. In fact, with Delta Dental Patient Direct, nobody is excluded and there are no waiting periods or pre-existing condition limitations.
