Delta Dental’s networks include participating dentists in all 50 states, plus the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico (Delta Dental Premier has more than 236,500 dentist locations and Delta Dental PPO has more that 155,500 dentist locations nationwide).   What Does “Consecutive Months” Mean?     When viewing benefits or calling one of the customer service associates, you may hear the term “consecutive months.” This is defined as a rolling twelve months. Consecutive months are counted by dates rather than a 12-month calendar year, which is a year defined from January to December.

	The Delta Dental Plans Association recently commissioned a national survey of children’s primary caregivers to gain insight about their children‘s oral health practices. More than 900 caregivers of children from birth to age 11 provided feedback.
