Welcome to the 2010 edition of Resource - Delta Dental of Oklahoma's client newsletter. We have designed Resource to provide you with insightful, relevant, up-to-date information and tools that will help you and your employees make the best decisions about your dental plans.
Despite a national economic downturn, 2009 was another record year in sales for Delta Dental of Oklahoma, while retaining over 97% of its current clients. In addition, we are very proud to announce that DDOK achieved a 98% customer satisfaction rating in 2009. We are grateful to you for choosing Delta Dental of Oklahoma as your dental benefits provider and for your belief in our products, services, and not-for-profit mission to improve the oral health of every Oklahoman.
New for 2010, DDOK will launch a new member newsletter called DDS (Delta Dental Subscriber). Published quarterly by Delta Dental of Oklahoma, the online publication will meet several purposes, including:
- Provide informative articles on oral health and wellness and oral health preventive measures, further strengthening DDOK's role as an oral health partner
- Keep members up-to-date on the latest products, innovations, and services available to help them make the most of their dental benefits
- Inform members of the initiatives and projects the Delta Dental of Oklahoma Charitable Foundation supports throughout the state to advance oral health
