Delta Dental of Oklahoma is a not-for-profit corporation that has provided dental health benefits for companies headquartered in Oklahoma since 1973.

To advance the public's oral health by providing quality dental benefits through innovatively designed dental plans and by assuring superior service to all customers at an affordable cost.

Delta Dental offers a variety of plans and services:

• Traditional fee for service programs
• Preferred provider programs
• Customized plans and administrative services only (ASO) plans
• Individual and Family Plans

Delta Dental has the largest network of dentists in Oklahoma, with more than 1,400 participating dentist locations throughout the state.

The largest provider of group dental benefits, Delta Dental provides coverage for individuals and families and more than 1,800 employer groups in Oklahoma, ranging from two to over 10,000 employees.

Delta Dental of Oklahoma's customer service department has been recognized for excellence in customer service, averaging a satisfaction rating in the high 97th percentile.

• Delta Dental is part of a network of 39 independent Delta Dental member companies that conduct business in all 50 states, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico.
